What do I need to bring with me?

For your first appointment, we’d ask that you bring a sample of the shoes that you wear on a regular basis at home, during activity, and at work.

We request that you also bring shorts, or pants that you can roll up to your knees, as we’d like to be able to see your lower limbs during the assessment. Wearing skirts to consultations is not recommended.

Lastly, we’d like to see any old orthotics you may have. This enables us to see what has been working well for you versus what hasn’t.
